Marketing Manager Job Description
**Roles & Responsibilities**
The Marketing Manager will take on a leadership role primarily coordinating with the sales team to plan create and deliver impactful content. This collaboration aims to position the company as a market leader.
* The successful candidate will have established relationships with Electrical Consultants Project Management Consultants Architects and End Clients.
* They will have experience working within industry segments such as Pharma Cements Oil and Gas and Manufacturing Plants.
* The Marketing Manager should have experience with 11kV HT Panel and 415V LT Panels and exposure to Electrical Components like VCB ACB MCCB MCB Transformer Generators Relays and PLC.
* They will define and implement marketing strategies including budget management.
* They will develop and execute product messaging in collaboration with product management teams.
* The Marketing Manager will coordinate and deliver new product launches working closely with product management teams to achieve gotomarket strategy and product revenue goals.
* They will develop KPIs to measure marketing tool performance drive continuous improvement and share best practices.
* They will communicate with channel partners to ensure they have access to and utilize the companys latest messaging and marketing content.
* The Marketing Manager will also undertake additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
**Required Skills and Experience**
* Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Indepth knowledge of Electrical Control Panels.
* Indepth understanding of or experience with Switchgears Control Transformers and Generators.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
* Understanding of customer buying cycles and decisionmaking processes.
* Good working understanding of selling and marketing in a global environment.
* **Essential Skills:** Proficiency in communication tools such as MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint PDF and search engine utilization.
* **Language Proficiency: ** Fluency in Kannada English Hindi Tamil Telugu and Malayalam.
* **Experience: ** 57 years of experience in sales.
* **Gender: ** Male
* **Marital Status: ** Married
* **Industry Experience: ** Must have worked with manufacturers dealers distributors or turnkey contracting companies.
* **Qualifications: ** BE (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering & MBA (Marketing).
* **Additional Requirement: ** Must own a twowheeler and be available to join immediately.
* ** Location: ** Bangalore Pune Mumbai Hyderabad and Chennai.
