We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Regional Sales Director to join our team.
Strategic Role
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing sales within a specific region ensuring the company achieves its sales and growth objectives in the designated area. This role involves leading local sales teams and ensuring the development and expansion of the partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and align local sales strategies with the company s objectives. Manage and oversee the performance of sales representatives in each country within the region. Establish new partnerships and strengthen relationships with existing partners. Oversee the team s sales targets and performance metrics. Communicate and report regional results.
KPIs:
- Annual Sales Growth: Percentage increase in regional sales.
- New Partnerships: Number of new strategic partnerships established in the region.
- Target Achievement: Percentage of sales targets met by local teams.
- Market Penetration: Percentage increase in market share.
- Profitability Growth: Improvement in profit margins from regional sales
Requirements
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in sales management or leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Expertise in team leadership and partner relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
