Job Description

  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Lead performance management initiatives and employee development.
  • Administer compensation benefits and ensure legal compliance.
  • Drive training programs and career development opportunities.
  • Provide HR support and strategic advice to leadership.


Requirements

Our client seeks to employ a skilled HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions. You will play a key role in all HR Functions including: Industrial Relations Employee Relations Performance Management Training Compensation and Compliance while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a management role (will be a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive inclusive workplace culture.
