About the Role:

What Youll Be Doing:
- Content Creation: Dream up design and deliver social media magic! From vibrant graphics to viral videos youll make sure every post is a scrollstopper.
- Platform Management: Own our social media playground (think Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn and more) like it s your second home. Keep it fresh fun and engaging.
- Audience Engagement: Turn followers into a community by interacting responding to comments and stirring up conversations that make people stop share and talk.
- Analytics & Reporting: Dive into the numbers! Track how our content is performing create cool reports and find ways to improve and grow our audience.
- Trendspotting: Keep up with the hottest trends updates and viral challenges. If somethings blowing up youll be the first to know and help us join in the fun!
- Collaboration: Work closely with our awesome marketing and design teams to make sure all our content packs a punch and aligns with bigger campaigns.
- Campaign Support: Help us launch epic social media campaigns both paid and organic. You ll be there every step of the way from scriptwriting to content creation.
Requirements
What You Need:
- Education: A degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or something that makes you a social media rockstar.
- Experience: 12 years of handson experience running social media for a brand or agency. Bonus points if you ve already gone viral a few times!
- Skills:
- Killer communication skills (writing speaking and emojiing).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms trends and what s actually cool.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite (or anything that makes your posts pop).
- Comfortable with social media analytics tools like Hootsuite Buffer or Sprout Social and you know how to read between the lines of the data.
- A flair for creativity consistency and paying attention to the little details.
Preferred:
- Experience creating shortform videos (Reels YT Shorts etc.).
- A little bit of SEO or digital marketing knowhow wouldn t hurt.
