Tasks
As a Senior Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) at Softwaregini you will play a pivotal role in strategically guiding our MidMarket and Enterprise customers through their journey with our ITdecisionmaking platform:
- Be the dedicated point of contact for our customers building and nurturing relationships.
- Navigate and manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement and growth.
- Build and foster strong relationships with your portfolio of customers to minimize churn and contraction and drive expansion.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers business and objectives collaborating with them to build a strategic joint success plan with identified objectives milestones and measurable KPIs to achieve the outcomes.
- Develop and apply domain/technical knowledge of the Softwaregini platform our best practices and customer insights to remove blockers and lead key resources internally and externally to proactively support customers success plan.
- Engage regularly with customers and ensure they continuously create value by utilizing Softwaregini.
- Provide expert guidance and steering during implementations.
- Proactively analyze customers product usage data and take necessary actions to mitigate risk improve product adoption and reduce churn.
- Take a handson approach where necessary.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Customer Success Consulting Account Management or Project Management ideally within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Experienced in managing Commercial MidMarket or Enterprise level accounts.
- Possess high technical aptitude to quickly learn new technologies and then consult on their value.
- Strong project management skills with a passion for meeting milestones and effective stakeholder management.
- An innate ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for working with our customers to solve IT decisionmaking problems. Practical experience with AI products is a plus.
- An own it mentality with the drive to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Experience in working with corporate IT and procurement departments is a plus.
- High level understanding of enterprise architecture principles preferred.
