Job Description

Reporting to our Account Director or Client Partner you will play an important role within our client management team and beyond. Youll contribute to the daily running of some of our flagship UK accounts and lead the conversation about the value Jellyfish and our proprietary tools can bring in growing their business. As were a fullservice partner these accounts could be creative media or technologyleaning an exciting opportunity to stretch your existing skillset and knowledge.

We have an awardwinning Creative and Experience team delivering content to some of the worlds most respected brands and look to integrate the best of tech and creativity into all that we do.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • You will be central within the client team and understand the creative process whether thats brand to social brief to delivery and everything in between.
  • Your responsibility will be to navigate across different teams working in collaboration with Integrated Producers our projects span two areas:
  • Creative Collective:
  • Brand & Creative Strategy teams Creative & Social teams (inc. Paid & Organic Creator & Influencer) Design and Delivery teams.
  • AI Studios:Production (inc. Shoot) teams Transcreation/Translation & Ecomm teams Tech & Customer Success and Delivery teams.
  • You will understand client goals and interpret them into agency action identifying any growth opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating across internal specialist teams autonomously to manage client needs and perform BAU tasks to ensure delivery.
  • You will support the team by independently implementing everyday fundamental tools such as status updates meeting agendas/notes Salesforce data and financial accuracy striving for the best Client Management standards.
  • You will continue to stay on top of the latest developments promoting these areas and being a goto person for our clients promoting how Jellyfish solutions can support a clients goals identifying opportunities to enhance our client offering.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the digital marketing industry. Use this knowledge to propose creative solutions that enhance campaign performance and contribute to client strategies.
  • You will need to be operationally strong and may have been exposed to different commercial models whether these be retained or project/time & material led.
  • You will support the client team ensuring they have the appropriate resources needed to meet client needs and provide appropriate support and feedback to help grow our client relationship.
  • Comfortable working with data and interpreting these into tangible actions for the client and teams respectively.

Qualifications :

  • 4 years agency client or platform experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in task management account leadership and project coordination
  • Skills using the Google Suite are useful but easily transferable from Microsoft (e.g. slides/sheets/docs etc)
  • Familiarity working on creative or production project across social media content transcreation or adaptation outputs
  • Experience working with and interpreting data from dashboards and other platforms
