Job Description
Were looking for a Paid Social Senior Manager to join our growing team. The role is a unique opportunity to join a team who have done some pretty awesome stuff to date including working closely with social media platforms to pilot new measurement and optimisation techniques invited to work on Alpha and Beta products for multiple vendors delivering bestinclass creative and building bespoke tools to manage and analyse data. Its a challenge and a steep learning curve but youll have the support of a strong friendly and committed team.
Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Your mission is to help us ensure that every Social Media user who has a need to send receive spend or hold money in another currency knows and trusts Wise.
So whats the role
Building and optimising campaigns across Meta TikTok and Reddit. Analysing whats working and what isnt and continually testing new ideas.
Owning the Paid Social activity in a region validating new opportunities to drive incremental growth and working closely with crossfunctional teams to make it happen whilst ensuring performance meets sustainability goals.
Playing a strong role in both direct response and brand strategy and execution to ensure the region and the channel flourish.
Working closely with our creative teams to produce bestinclass creative to portray our story educate people on hidden fees and present Wise as the clear solution.
Working closely with analysts on spotting data issues testing and validating assumptions proposing and leading incrementality tests and assessing data sets for actionable insights.
Working closely with our platform representatives to ensure we stay ahead of the curve and are kept at the forefront of industry innovations.
As the team grows further potentially managing one or more direct reports.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
An entrepreneurial spirit willing to try and learn on the go.
Team player with a drive to help other people and impart their wisdom to strengthen the team.
A head for numbers and the ability to spot problems and draw conclusions from data.
A strong communicator comfortable expressing their ideas and challenging others.
The ability to prioritise whats most important and make calculated decisions.
Someone who has led multiple reports.
Highlevel experience running ads on Meta and TikTok.
It would be great if you also had experience with the following:
Midlevel experience running ads on Reddit LinkedIn or any other social media marketing platform.
Working in a fastpaced digital business or startup.
You speak a second language.
