Job Requirement

  • Qualification: Bachelors Degree / HND / Masters Degree qualification.
  • Applicants MUST be resident within the Lekki/Ajah axis.
  • Must possess a good idea of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a good team player
  • Must be able to resolve basic mathematical calculations within minimum time.
  • Must be analytical in reasoning.
  • Must be able to take on an alternating day/night shift as the roster dictates.
  • Must be less than 30 years.


    Job Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing accurate and timely information about products or services.

  2. Address customer complaints and resolve them efficiently.

  3. Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.

  4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and satisfaction maintained.

  5. Educate customers on product usage troubleshooting and company policies.

  6. Gather and provide feedback to management about common customer issues and suggestions for improvement.

  7. Handle difficult or irate customers professionally and calmly adhering to company standards.

  8. Act as a liaison during emergencies to ensure customers are informed and assisted effectively.

  9. Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction ratings.



Proven record and experience (1-2years) of excellent customer success representative. An impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate Strict adherence to the style guides of the company and policies for publication Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary Proficiency with computers
