Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management:
- Accurately input and maintain data from multiple platforms into Excel ensuring it is uptodate and errorfree.
- Track and report vehicle mileage managing excess usage through an automated handling system.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Verify client documentation to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Track and update fines incurred by customers ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaboration and Projects:
- Work closely with marketing sales and operations teams to contribute to various projects and initiatives.
- Analyze sales trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Vehicle Utilization:
- Monitor and report on vehicle utilization rates implementing strategies to improve efficiency and performance consistently.
Skills required at fulfill the position
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
- Familiarity with car rental operations or marketplace platforms (e.g. Dubizzle Yango Careem Rides) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Previous experience in operations data management or a related role is preferred.
Position Qualifications (Academic & Professional)
- 1 year experience relevant or equivalent
- Strong Excel command
