Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) Join Our Growing Team in Porto!
Location: Porto Portugal (Onsite or Hybrid)
Relocation: Full relocation support offered (flight & temporary accommodation)
Languages Required: Fluent German (C2 level) & Fluent English (B2 level)
Contract Type: Permanent

Your Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate online content videos complaints and legal notices related to copyright issues.
- Audit and update content on a popular social media platform.
- Ensure that services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer expectations.
- Protect customer data while adhering strictly to compliance and accuracy guidelines.
- Be a key player in maintaining a professional and customerfocused environment ensuring positive experiences for every client.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent German (C2 level) and Fluent English (B2 level).
- Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge.
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
- Demonstrated patience and professionalism when dealing with customers especially in challenging situations.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and adjust to different shifts if needed.
- Associate degree in a related field and 6 months to 1 year of relevant customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation and a teamplayer mentality.
