Location: Porto Portugal (Hybrid or Onsite)
Languages Required: Fluent German (C2) & English (B2)
Relocation: Full relocation support provided (flight & temporary accommodation)

- Review and assess online content videos complaints and legal notices related to copyright issues.
- Perform audits and update content on a major social media platform.
- Ensure customer service meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides exceptional experiences.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance ensuring data protection at all times.
- Handle customer queries professionally keeping a positive and patient attitude even in challenging situations.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent German (C2) and English (B2).
- Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay flexible in a dynamic role.
- Professionalism patience and a customerfirst mindset.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus along with an associate degree in a related field.
