Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) Join Us in Beautiful Porto!
Location: Porto Portugal (Hybrid or Onsite)
Relocation: Full relocation support (flight & temporary accommodation)
Languages Required: Fluent German (C2) & Fluent English (B2)
Contract Type: Permanent

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate online content videos complaints and legal notices related to copyright decisions.
- Audit and update content on a major social media platform.
- Ensure services meet KPIs and exceed customer expectations.
- Strictly adhere to accuracy guidelines ensuring compliance and data protection.
- Maintain professionalism and a customerfirst mindset at all times even in challenging situations.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
- Strong computer skills and comfort navigating digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Patience and professionalism when interacting with customers.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Ideally an associate degree in a related field and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- A strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team.
