Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders and coordinate product shipments
- Collect and manage customer documentation
- Provide efficient resolution to customer service issues
Requirements
- Native/Fluent Italian
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
- Rotational shifts for 24/7 coverage
- 1hour lunch break
- 2022 annual vacation days
- Portuguese public holidays
Comprehensive Package
- Base salary: 760/month
- Total monthly compensation: 1240.66 (including allowances)
- Daily allowance: 18.56 (gross)
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses
