Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception through completion ensuring they are on schedule on budget and meet all project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate and lead project teams to execute site designs including drainage systems residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather essential data and ensure the implementation of designs is aligned with client needs.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal reviews and provide regular updates to clients on project status.
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients showcasing the companys expertise and capabilities.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven site design experience.
- Strong project management background with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in commercial residential and drainage systems projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
