Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 13 years
- Strong experience in Machine Learning in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Generative AI deep learning NLP computer vision and predictive analytics.
- Handson experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch Keras and Scikitlearn.
- Advanced programming skills in Python R or other relevant languages.
- Expertise in healthcarespecific AI/ML use cases such as genomics diagnostics and personalized medicine.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements like HIPAA GDPR and FHIR standards.
- Experience with cloud platforms and ML Ops frameworks (AWS Azure GCP or similar).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark) and data visualization tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring crossfunctional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various domains.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture framework and highlevel design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility scalability security design patterns user experience NFRs etc. and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and nonfunctional requirements; and defining technologies patterns and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
