Job Description
Job Title: L2 Network Operations Specialist Cybersecurity
Location: Nashville TN (Onsite 5 days/week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional for the L2 Network Operations team specializing in network administration and cybersecurity. This role involves monitoring configuring troubleshooting and improving cybersecurity systems while working closely with L1 and L3 teams. Candidates must work onsite in the Nashville office with a weekly shift rotation:
- Shift Days: Sun to Thu or Tue to Sat
- Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM CST or 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM CDT
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the clients cybersecurity environment and related products.
- Monitor configure and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and associated tools.
- Analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents assisting the L3 team with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and data/log collection.
- Develop and maintain documentation test plans and operational manuals and provide training to the L1 team.
- Analyze and optimize cybersecurity policies participate in review calls and recommend policy changes.
- Implement changes monitor security device performance and perform performance tuning when required.
- Prepare detailed analyses and reports to track project progress challenges and ensure highquality client deliverables.
