Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide direct assistance to the ICFR Director in the planning and implementation of the companys two largest system and accounting projects. This role will support the ICFR team on a major enterprise project involving system implementation and organizational restructuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the ICFR team in executing a largescale enterprise project involving significant system and accounting changes.
- Provide support to business areas and divisions on ICFR impacts and collaborate in the design and implementation of controls.
- Develop and implement controls for accounting and system implementations including all necessary documentation for business process and IT controls.
- Document process flow charts from scratch ensuring an endtoend enterprise perspective especially when new processes and systems are introduced.
- Track and maintain documentation for all control changes system modifications and risk/control mapping updates ensuring the system of record is current.
- Collaborate with process owners to update process and control documentation in line with process improvements and optimization initiatives.
- Conduct risk and control mapping analysis to assess the impact on financial statements and document scoping and risk assessments.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in documenting processes and controls with experience in system implementation and process redesign.
- Experience with risk assessment control mapping and analyzing control environments for improvements.
- Familiarity with Archer and Oracle (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on automation and preventative controls.
