Job Description
Role: Coupa CSO Sourcing Specialist
Location: Cincinnati OH (100% Remote)
Duration: 1012 months

- As a CSO Sourcing Representative you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external clients to develop Coupa CSO sourcing events.
- Excellent CSO capabilities are required to perform this project. Skills include:
- Excellent hold on COUPA CSO Sourcing module (execution)
- Engage client stakeholder(s) to understand the background and objective of the sourcing project and strategize the approach
- Design and configure the sourcing event in COUPA CSO (including questionnaire bid sheet scenarios advanced query custom fields rebate setup gated questions etc.).
volume optimization advanced algorithms expressive bidding in CSO - Lead without guidance in the execution of sourcing projects to contract closure. Demonstrate the ability to negotiate both incumbent renewals or as part of an RFP process; achieve savings.
- Interact with key customer and internal stakeholders and work closely with them to identify areas of improvement
- Offer creative solutions to support the overall sourcing program and achieve the desired results
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data to create recommendations
- Provide mentorship to team members as they deliver on client work
- It requires identifying and assessing complex problems in an area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations where analysis requires an indepth evaluation of variable factors.
