About the Role

The Medicare Specialist will play a vital role in supporting clients by providing expert guidance on Medicare options. This position involves evaluating various Medicare plans offering personalized advice and assisting clients in selecting the best healthcare coverage to align with their needs and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized Medicare counselling to clients ensuring they understand their options.
  • Evaluate different Medicare plans including Parts A B C and D to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Assist clients in navigating Medicare enrolment and coverage adjustments.
  • Stay up to date with Medicare regulations insurance policies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to integrate healthcare coverage decisions into broader financial strategies.
  • Address client inquiries resolve concerns and provide ongoing support for Medicarerelated matters.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare regulations and insurance policies.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess and recommend optimal Medicare plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and provide clear guidance to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Preferred: Experience in the financial planning or healthcare industries.
  • Certifications in Medicare counselling or related areas are an advantage.
