Job Description
As the Project Manager joining the Rank Group Technology team you will be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating business change projects typically involving information systems and technology implementation.
- Ensuring project delivery within agreed timelines scope and costs whilst maintaining appropriate governance and quality standards.
- Effectively utilising project management tools (PlanView Jira Confluence) to capture and communicate project information risks and progress to stakeholders.
- Proactively managing workstream progress resolving issues and driving collaboration across teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Establishing a culture of continuous improvement implementing feedback loops and capturing lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
- Providing clear and consistent project visibility to management including status reports and appropriate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of ability to multitask and pivot focus onto the most important tasks due to understanding business criticality
- You are comfortable in identifying and challenging organisational processes and those processes that are unnecessarily complicated
- Good practical and working knowledge of project planning software & Microsoft office tools
- A powerful advocate of collaboration inclusion and partnership working who is both resilient and empowering with a clear sense of purpose
- Demonstrates sense of passion and pride about own work. Positive attitude and adapts well to change; Inspires passion and excitement around shared goals promoting environment of achievement
- You are methodical in your approach to work and are clear on identifying progressing the priority items which need to get done on your projects or other work
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers and can tailor communications to meet the stakeholders needs accordingly
