Job Description

Were looking for a Director of Professional Services Business Development to join Procores Professional Services team. In this role youll lead a highperforming team responsible for scoping solutions managing RFP responses and driving value consulting initiatives. Your primary goal is to align business development efforts with organizational objectives to ensure the success of Procores Professional Services offerings.

As a Director youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales delivery and product teams to enhance processes and deliver measurable results. Use your leadership strategic thinking and operational expertise to inspire a team that supports enterprise and public sector growth. 

This role will report to the Senior Director Professional Services Solutions and Operations and can be based out of any of our US office locations or remotely in the US. Were looking for someone to join us immediately!

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and manage teams across Professional Services PreSales RFP Response and Value Consulting to drive business development and customer success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow Professional Services revenue and align solutions with Procores overall business goals.
  • Ensure the RFP Response and Value Consulting teams effectively support all areas of the business delivering highquality competitive and compliant proposals.
  • Provide oversight for the Professional Services PreSales function ensuring accurate highvalue service scopes and proposals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Customer Success and other stakeholders to align on gotomarket strategies and ensure scoped solutions meet client needs.
  • Establish and refine scalable processes tools and templates to enhance operational efficiency and improve client satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive positioning to evolve Procores Professional Services strategies.

What Were Looking For:

  • 10 years of experience in professional services consulting or business development with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading crossfunctional teams and driving growth in a SaaS or technologydriven environment.
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services presales RFP processes and value consulting methodologies.
  • Experience managing international teams or projects with a focus on navigating diverse markets and customer needs.
  • Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and align teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business opportunities and make datainformed decisions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise and public sector markets is a strong plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $169823 $233506 plus commission for an estimated ontarget earnings of $242604 $333580. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
