Job Description
- Perform all tasks related to ServiceNow Development.
- Responsible in the investigation and resolution of ServiceNow bugs and issues reported.
- Collaborate with business users Business Analyst and/or Project Managers to understand and interprete business requirements.
- Coordinate with System Architects to build solution design.
- Write technical design documents.
- Conduct functional test and support user testing.
- Perform other related tasks as necessary.
- Reports task progress status regularly.
Qualifications :
- Must have at least 6 years experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong background in HTML Javascript APIs.
- Development experience on Service Portal Now Mobile CMDB HR Scope App Knowledge Base workflows and more.
- Have a knowledge in DevOps or Agile methodologies.
- Have a basic undestanding of ITSM IT Incident and Change Management.
