Your Job
Lead the strategic development of Sparteos auction product ensuring its alignment with market trends user needs and company objectives. This role requires an emphasis on innovation scalability and driving crossfunctional collaboration to deliver a highperformance solution.
To specify :
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the vision strategy and roadmap for the auction product.
- Identify and act on market trends customer needs and competitive gaps to enhance product positioning.
- Product Development
- Translate highlevel strategy into detailed feature sets and actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and oversee development cycles ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Marketing and Operations to align the auction product with client expectations and Sparteos broader goals.
- Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring
- Establish and track KPIs for product performance iterating on feedback and data.
- Conduct regular market analysis to keep the product competitive and innovative.

Your profile for this job
- Experience
- 5 years in product management preferably in adtech or programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex digital products.
- Skills
- Strategic thinking with an ability to zoom into technical details.
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Mindset
- Obsessed with data and performancedriven innovation.
