Job Description
What youll do & learn
- Product Management : Be in charge of one or several complex apps components or services of the Pelico Platform requiring the contribution of several Product Managers. This includes
- Leading continuous product discovery initiatives to identify and understand the needs pain points of users and opportunities for Pelico.
- Imagine features to meet the companys vision and customer needs while ensuring compliance with the product roadmap.
- As a Product Lead you will be expected to handle more complex and impactful features handle the launch of new products.
- Team Management: Recruit train and manage a subteam of highperforming product managers. Set clear performance expectations provide coaching and mentorship and facilitate professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. With the VP Product define the good target in terms of team size skills required and product team organization.
- Product Roadmap and Strategy: Work closely with VP Product to define the overall product vision and strategy in line with the business strategy and Pelicos challenges.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve Product & Engineering processes methodologies and tools. Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to achieve better outcomes
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as engineering sales marketing product management and support to ensure we build the best product for our GTM targets. Contribute to overall company strategy and success.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
- 2 to 10 years in Product management preferably on an EnterpriseB2B Product
- Interest in our industry and Passion for Impact
- Organization: you like working on different issues with different people...
- Always find a solution with an analytical mind
- Value & customer centric approach with a strong analytic mindset
- Team player and comfortable working with others in an international environment (english verbal & written)
