As a Social Media Manager for Bitcasino.io you will lead the brands social media and community presence driving innovation and engagement in the crypto iGaming industry. We seek an experienced individual with a deep understanding of various social platforms and the ability to craft and execute a strategic plan to achieve our goals. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute Social strategies that elevate Bitcasinos presence and performance.
Your daily tasks will be
- Developing implementing and executing platformspecific strategies for Owned Earned & Paid Social Media to achieve our KPIs including but not limited to social metrics registrations and deposits;
- Taking ownership of managing our brands social media channels including but not limited to Twitter Instagram YouTube Telegram and Discord;
- Leading and guiding a team of social media professionals focusing on professional growth collaboration and accountability;
- Overseeing endtoend daily content creation and operations across platforms ensuring alignment with the brand voice campaigns and promotions;
- Conducting comprehensive pre and postcampaign analyses to provide actionable insights and continuously improve strategy;
- Developing and implementing distribution and amplification plans to maximize content reach engagement and impact across platforms;
- Writing video scripts tailored for different platforms and audiences;
- Following our competitors social media channels to ensure our content and promotions remain uptodate and competitive;
- Working closely with the internal stakeholders to manage collaborations with influencers content creators and streamers to amplify brand visibility ensuring deliverables align with campaign and platform objectives;
- Collaborating with the partnerships team to ensure effective use of social mediarelated deliverables from partners;
- Contributing to the SEO strategy by aligning social media content with the brands blog enhancing discoverability and traffic;
- Assisting with special projects targeting specific target markets;
- Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies leveraging insights to refine and expand Bitcasinos social media presence;
- Following up on decisions set by the Head of Social Media.
What we expect from you
- 3 years of work experience in editorial and campaigndriven social media & content management on owned & earned Social Media channels preferably in the iGaming industry;
- Knowledge of casino and/or cryptocurrency industries;
- Extensive knowledge and familiarity with major social media platforms community platforms and social media management tools;
- Proven experience in people leadership with the ability to inspire guide and develop a highperforming team;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on social media metrics and analytics;
- Experience with project management and working with third parties on deadlineoriented projects;
- Teamplayer mentality;
- Proactive and creative problem solveryou dont hesitate to search for solutions ask questions and propose creative and innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions;
- A selfstarter with excellent time and task management skills able to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
