Job Description
Position: Associate Advocate
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: Required: 23 Years (Post LLB)
Specialization: Litigation and NonLitigation(Corporate)
Job Description:
Litigation Responsibilities:
- Represent clients across various forums including Lower Courts District Courts High Court Consumer Forums Arbitration Tribunals etc.
- Draft pleadings such as plaints written statements appeals and petitions.
- Appear for hearings handle client litigation queries and prepare case strategy.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders for case updates and court documentation.
NonLitigation Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft wellreasoned legal opinions.
- Draft review and vet contracts agreements and legal documents for corporate clients.
- Handle matters related to Intellectual Property including trademarks and copyrights.
- Manage legal due diligence and compliance reports for clients. Maintain and manage documentation related to company law FEMA and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
Were looking for a passionate legal professional with the following skills:
- Educational Qualification: LLB (3 or 5 years); LLM is an advantage.
- Strong Legal Expertise: Thorough knowledge of litigation practices and corporate laws.
- Proficiency in contract drafting negotiation and vetting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confidence critical thinking and a teamoriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic legal environment.
