Manage day to day construction activities to ensure the delivery of goods & services to projects within the planned delivery time, budgeted cost & best payment terms.
Work closely with various departments. (Technical office, operation, Finance, etc.) to facilitate the workflow.
Review & enhance suppliers & subcontractors list for each item and activity.
Periodically prepare the cash-out plan in coordination with the Finance team.
Review the KPIs for department staff.
Job Requirements
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience.
Bachelor Degree in Civil or Electromechanical Engineering
