To bring this vision to life we are seeking a Veterinary Clinical Lead to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and leadership.

As a practice we believe in innovation collaboration and supporting our team to achieve their full potential. We offer a supportive progressive environment where you can truly make a difference.

Location: Scarborough North Yorkshire

Working Hours: 40 hours per week including every other Saturday morning but no Sundays or OOH (out of hours) shifts

Salary: Up to 80000 (DOE FTE) with a welcome bonus up to 5000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of veterinary professionals ensuring high standards of care and service.
  • Overseeing clinical protocols and ensuring they are consistently met.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior vets and nursing staff.
  • Building strong relationships with clients delivering excellent customer service.
  • Driving continuous improvements and clinical development within the practice.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive supportive working environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • RCVS registered with substantial clinical experience ideally with some leadership experience or a strong desire to take on a leadership role.
  • A passion for delivering highquality compassionate veterinary care.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
