Job Description
As Pastry Chef youll craft a wide variety of delectable desserts pastries and baked goods developing creative seasonal menus while ensuring toptier quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have professional culinary training experience in a similar role and a strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. If youre a detailoriented team player dedicated to excellence we want to hear from you!
Qualifications :
- Trade qualifications and prior experience in the hotel industry are preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety requirements.
- Serviceoriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well with team members at all levels.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays.
