As a Chef de Partie at Garon Bleu you will work under the Sous Chef to deliver highquality Frenchinspired dishes with precision and flair. Youll demonstrate strong leadership by training and supporting team members. Your role requires teamwork attention to detail and strong culinary skills to create exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant hotel restaurant.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role within highend dining operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent
- Proven experience in leading training and developing teams
- A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
