As a Junior Sous Chef you will be trade qualified and engaged to perform general or specialised cooking butchering baking or pastry cooking duties. Youll help run the show by overseeing operations managing a talented team and making sure every dish is topnotch. Youll be involved in menu planning mentoring junior chefs and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. If you love leading a team working in a fastpaced environment and keeping things organised this is the role for you!
