Job Description
- Set up maintain and replenish the breakfast buffet ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Prepare and serve highquality coffee tailoring to guest preferences.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent service and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean organized dining area and coffee station.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth breakfast operations.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of food and beverage experience in a Restaurant Bar or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a vibrant nature and ability to provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experience
- Excellent coffeemaking skills and knowledge of coffee equipment
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of different shift weekends & early mornings
- Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required
- You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
