Our client is a diversified HKSE listed company primarily focusing on MLM education and leisure. In line with their growth plan they are seeking for a qualified and experience Assistant Audit Manager to join their HQ in Petaling Jaya.
Job Description
- Assist in developing the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments and business needs ensuring the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.
- Assist in preparing and issuing all Internal Audit reports to ensure the reports are clear concise identify root causes with practical solutions and ultimately provide value to management.
- Plan and execute audit assignments including work paper documentation in accordance with Audit Standards and conduct ad hoc task/ special projects as needed for the region.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the audit plan.
- Assist in addressing control issues on new business processes policies and procedures and providing consultative services to the stake holders.
- Conduct ad hoc audit investigation or any special project as per request by management.
- Manage the process to track followup and ultimately close all open audit issues leveraging the Audit Committee if necessary
- Drive the process improvement initiatives by business partnering with the relevant departments globally.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of audit experience preferably with prior exposures in MLM industry.
- Bachelors Degree or professional qualification in finance / accounting (CA CPA CIMA CISA CIA and ACCA)
- Strong analytical communication skills and good command of English and report writing skills.
- Possession of sound independent judgment.
