Position: Cardiothoracic Surgery Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Specialist to join our clients hospital in Libya. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess the necessary expertise to perform complex cardiac and thoracic surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of cardiac and thoracic surgeries including openheart surgeries valve repair/replacement coronary artery bypass grafting and lung surgeries.
Conduct preoperative consultations and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
Monitor and manage patients postoperative care including prescribing medications monitoring vital signs and providing followup care.
Stay uptodate with the latest advancements and techniques in cardiac and thoracic surgery and implement them in practice.
Participate in conferences seminars and other educational opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of a residency program in cardiothoracic surgery.
Board certification in cardiothoracic surgery.
Valid license to practice medicine.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiac and thoracic surgery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fastpaced and constantly evolving environment.
