Job Description:
Domo Ventures W.L.L. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in Cardiacthoracic Surgery to join our expanding team in Tripoli Libya. As a Specialist in Cardiacthoracic Surgery you will be responsible for providing specialized medical care to patients with cardiovascular and thoracic diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with cardiovascular and thoracic diseases including physical examination diagnostic testing and medical history review
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their condition and medical history
- Perform complex surgical procedures on the heart lungs and other thoracic organs
- Monitor patients before during and after surgery to ensure their safety and wellbeing
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including nurses anesthesiologists and technicians to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements and techniques in cardiacthoracic surgery through continuous education and training
- Participate in research and academic activities to contribute to the advancement of the field
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support regarding their condition and treatment plan
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Board certification in Cardiacthoracic Surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Specialist in Cardiacthoracic Surgery
- Indepth knowledge of cardiovascular and thoracic diseases and their treatment
- Proficient in performing complex surgical procedures on the heart lungs and other thoracic organs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle highstress situations and make quick decisions
- Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid medical license from Home Country
