Job Description
Position: Cardiac Anesthesia & ICU Specialist
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia & ICU Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac anesthesia and critical care with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia services for patients undergoing cardiac procedures including openheart surgery angioplasty and other interventional procedures
Monitor patients vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort
Collaborate with the surgical team to develop an appropriate anesthesia plan for each patient
Administer medications and other treatments as necessary during and after procedures
Manage patients pain levels and provide postoperative pain management
Monitor patients in the ICU including assessing vital signs administering medications and providing other critical care interventions
Communicate with patients and their families regarding their care and answer any questions or concerns they may have
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
Stay uptodate with advancements in cardiac anesthesia and critical care and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited university
Completion of a residency program in anesthesiology
Fellowship training in cardiac anesthesia and/or critical care preferred
Board certification in anesthesiology and/or critical care
Valid medical license to practice in Home country
Minimum of 35 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia and critical care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fastpaced and highstress environment
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
