Job Description
- Term: 7 months
- Experience Requirement: 10 years
- Job location: Nigeria/Remote
- Project scope:Virtual card issuance support
- Language requirements:English fluency
Role
- Endtoend project management of the VCN installments implementation project including planning execution and closure
- Manage and monitor project schedules risks and issues ensuring timely resolution of any issues or deviations from project plans
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and project status reports with Mastercard and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of activities leading to launch
- Ensure project documentation is uptodate complete and accessible to all stakeholders
- Communicate project progress risks and issues to stakeholders including senior management
- Build and maintain relationships with project vendors and workstream owners ensuring their work is aligned with project objectives and deliverables
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards including conducting final quality reviews and signoff
Requirements experience and skills
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. project management business technology)
- 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on endtoend project management of complex projects in the payments domain
- Extensive experience working on payment product and proposition launches (ideally in installments cards) in multiple markets
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage project risks
- Experience managing schedules and resources with a focus on delivering projects on time to the required quality standards
