Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Success and Support Specialist to provide exceptional client support coordinate events and foster community engagement. In this role you will act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring their success through personalized interactions event organization and effective problemsolving. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will enhance client satisfaction and contribute to a thriving community.

Core Tasks:
Serving as the first point of contact for agency owners addressing inquiries and providing personalized support
Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely followups to address client concerns
Troubleshooting issues offering solutions and improving the overall client experience
Preparing and distributing newsletters updates and other client communications
Organizing and coordinating clientfocused events including webinars and workshops
Managing event logistics such as RSVP tracking reminders and postevent followups
Maintaining client schedules booking calls and meetings and tracking engagement opportunities
Handling a ticketing system to resolve support requests efficiently
Assisting in creating and managing templates resources and digital materials for streamlined communication
Ensuring clients are on track to achieve their goals through coaching and consulting services

Requirements

MustHaves:
Proven experience in client success customer support or a related role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like Monday.com or similar platforms
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic fastpaced environment
A proactive detailoriented approach to solving problems

NicetoHaves:
Experience in event coordination and community engagement
Familiarity with the real estate media industry
