Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in the healthcare sector focused on providing innovative Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) services. The Head of Client Management and Development will play a key role in ensuring revenue retention driving business growth and managing key client relationships across Corporate SME and Retail business lines. The role involves leading the Client Management team optimizing client satisfaction and contributing to the organizations longterm success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure revenue retention for existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth and converting new accounts.
- Drive revenue share growth with clients using multiple HMOs and manage smooth client onboarding and education to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decisionmakers ensuring longlasting and beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor client profitability and adjust premiums or plans for unprofitable clients aiming to retain the business relationship.
- Prepare account development plans renewal proposals and reports for client approval and ensure timely contract renewals.
- Manage account documentation communication and compliance with invoicing renewal and receivables processes.
- Stay updated on client business plans industry trends and market developments to proactively address client needs and provide relevant market insights.
- Lead complaint resolution and collaborate with relevant teams to address client issues efficiently.
- Contribute to product development by identifying opportunities for new offerings that drive revenue.
- Lead and motivate the Client Management team fostering a highperformance environment and developing staff professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with contract service levels and maintain proper contract documentation and communication with clients.

- Retention: Revenue retention from existing clients.

Education Experience Skills and Attributes
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of experience with about 5 years in a leadership role within a revenuegenerating function.
- Experience in the healthcare or HMO sector and understanding of industryspecific challenges.
- Strong relationship management leadership and business development skills.
- Excellent organizational analytical communication and negotiation skills.
- Technologically proficient and adaptable with a solutionoriented mindset.
