- Creates local regional and international press and sales channels.
- Creates an effective competition scale on a regular basis.
- Carries out sales meetings on a weekly basis.
- Explores new markets to increase sales.
- Promotes internal sales telephone sales facetoface sales public relations and high percentage sales.
- Creates a strategic plan for each market segment.
- Ensures that standard hotel image and quality are regularly monitored and implemented.
- Promotes restaurant bar outside catering and banqueting.
- Attends event meetings on a regular basis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- Previous leadership experience in a Sales department required
- At least 5 years of experience in 5star hotels
- Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Good command of Turkish and English both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable strong analytical skills excellent decision making skills
