Your Responsibilities: What Youll Do
As a key member of the Customer Operations Team you will:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care via phone and email.
- Process claims accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Identify crossselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Maintain high standards of service and build lasting customer relationships.
What You Bring
We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience: Preferably 6 months in customer support or sales.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in managing voice and email communication channels.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PDEADS (preferred but not required).
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (training provided in English).

Compensation & Benefits
- Training Allowance: 92.80 EUR per week during the 12day training program (8 hours/day).
- Salary Options:
- 1240.66 EUR /month: Includes base salary holiday and Christmas bonuses and food allowance.
- 1040.66 EUR /month: Includes base salary holiday and Christmas bonuses food allowance and room allowance.

Work Schedule
- Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day with a 1hour lunch break).
- Days: Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM (rotational).
- Time Off: Two days off per week determined by the shift manager. Shifts are communicated 4 weeks in advance.
