Job Description
What youll do
- Assist with onboardings of all operational departments.
- Assist and be present whatever the mood calls for from assisting the housekeeping department to helping in the Engineering department or any rotations within the operational departments in day to day operations.
- You are a great link to improve communication with operations departments as support for the Heads of Department.
- Help the Director of Operations Head Housekeeper Front Office Manager and Chief Engineer to prepare and compile of periodic report backs from back of the house insights to guests reports.
- Work with all our teams to make sure were always busy and help our management team with any requests.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Its all about attitude for us someone who enjoys being helpful to others; that person who makes you feel confident they can answer any question and who youd want to stop and chat to.
