We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Care Executive to join our team in Ajah Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions via calls and social media processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records of client information. As part of the team you will ensure an exceptional customer experience contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Customer Interaction: Handle all incoming calls and messages on the companys social media platforms responding promptly and professionally.
Sales Transactions: Process and accurately record all sales transactions ensuring accurate and uptodate client information.
Client Information Management: Maintain and track client data in an organized and efficient manner.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience and share insights to enhance service delivery.
Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and messaging tools to manage customer interactions.
Location: Candidate must reside in Ajah or nearby areas for easy commute.
