• Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure the smooth operation of PARC Brasserie & Bar creating exceptional food and beverage experiences for every guest.
• Lead & Inspire: Motivate train and develop the team fostering a fun and energetic atmosphere that encourages growth and collaboration.
• Drive Excellence: Implement staffing strategies that meet both service quality and financial targets.
• Keep the Team Informed: Brief your team on menu highlights promotions dietary needs and any special guest requirements.
• Support Team Growth: Assist with the induction training and development of new team members and conduct performance discussions.
• Resolve Guest Concerns: Handle escalated guest complaints with professionalism turning challenges into positive experiences.

Your Experience Skills and Qualifications:

Were seeking a dynamic leader with experience in a premium Restaurant/Bar setting ready to be part of an exciting new venture at our newly launched awardwinning restaurant. Ideally you bring:

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
• Enthusiasm for highquality food and beverage experiences
• Strong communication skills with a focus on people and teamwork
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of maintaining high standards
• A valid RSA in SA (RP Badge is a bonus)
• Creative problemsolving skills to drive continuous improvement
• Flexibility to work various shifts across different meal periods weekends and public holidays
• A handson leader who sets the example motivates the team and fosters excitement in the workplace
• A strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow within the company
• WSET qualification is an asset
