Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Project Initiatives & Executions on systems management
- Provide & coordinate Planning Process/Systems/Logics enhancement proposal to improve current and future business across supply chain functions
- Cooperate with Central Planning System team and others related Planning systems to setup Proof of Concept Business Requirement documents Conceptual Design Documents User Acceptance Test scripts Project trackers and Exit Criteria.
- Leading effective communication to deploy the production plan from Planning system into execution.
- Provide training on EndtoEnd Production Planning Process to all stakeholders especially the upstream process and downstream process to ensure the alignment.
- Supply Chain Planning Systems (CP: Central Planning & peripheral systems)
- Establish & enable effective improvement of EndtoEnd Planning process & systems with welltrained team resource.
- Setup effective communication process loops to interact with CP system team to ensure system and process execution performance meeting the company objectives.
- Provide both technical and soft skill training to team members.
- Data governance
- CP & input systems (BIPOS CCapTool HPU etcs) data quality & IT initiatives coordination.
- Plant(Code) Extensions (Oversee & governance SAP/Oracle systems exceptional data maintenance request from various teams currently under HCL support)
- Team development
- Career & leadership personalities development roadmap on personal strengths & potentials
- Conduct periodically oneonone communication with team members
- Crossteam product process & system/data knowledge update session within CP & IT organization.
Qualifications :
Required :
- Bac Degree in IT Supply Chain Planning or related field.
- Min 58 experience in Managerial Role
Preferred :
- Experience in Project Management (PMP) will be an added advantage
- Experience in Supply Chain System Implementation
