Remote Radiology Scheduler
Precision Imaging Centers is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Radiology Schedulers.
To be successful in this role the candidate must demonstrate:
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and thorough work in an organized manner.
- The ability to multitask and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Professionalism in handling highpressure situations and a willingness to take ownership of their work.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software; must be a selfdriven independent learner.
- An understanding of physician services offered including capabilities and limitations to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Strong communication skills to answer highvolume incoming calls and coordinate patient appointments.
- Accurate data entry skills to input demographics and insurance information.
- The discipline and selfmotivation required to work efficiently and independently from home.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus!
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a customer care or patient service position preferably in a call center environment.
- A solid work history with demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
- An updated resume must be submitted for consideration.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $16.00 $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 35 40 hours per week
