Job Description

Its an exciting time at Crossbeam. We have just joined forces with our competitor Reveal to change the way companies gotomarket. The merger has earned the support of some of the worlds best investors: Andreessen Horowitz Insight Partners Redpoint FirstMark and even Salesforce and HubSpot Ventures (yep the biggest CRMs are investing in the future of gotomarket).

Combined our unified company has created a powerful network of 30K companies a team of worldclass talent an innovative product roadmap and a North Star vision of creating a bestofbothworlds customer experience.

What is Crossbeam

Crossbeam is the first and largest EcosystemLed Growth platform. We act as an escrow service for data allowing companies to find overlapping customers and prospects with their partners while keeping the rest of their data private and secure. Companies use this data to sell more effectively market to the right audiences build the right products collaborate with their service partners generate demand inform M&A and more. This has created an entirely new way of doing business called EcosystemLed Growth or ELGand it works: 40% of our customers closed deals come from their ecosystem.


THE JOB

Our operational team is increasingly in demand and is becoming more and more significant in our growing structure. Therefore you will hold a central role in a dynamic and innovative team where youll gain insight into the organizations inner mechanics and understand its operational processes.

Working closely with the Revenue Operations Manager and the VP of Strategy and Operations you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience enhance operational skills collaborate with multiple teams and develop robust technical skills across various SaaS platforms.

  • Salesforce at the heart of the Sales teams processes;
  • Salesoft Outreach for Sales engagement;
  • Apollo Zoominfo and Hubspot for Growth and Marketing;
  • Snowflake Segment Census Stitch and Mode for Data;
  • Ironclad Maxio for Revenue;
  • Chili Piper Zapier etc.

This role is fully remote and we are particularly looking for candidates based in Philadelphia US.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer provisioning management: oversee and manage the provisioning process for our customer base in close collaboration with the Sales and Success teams to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Sales analytics and reporting: develop maintain and continuously improve sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive datainformed decisionmaking.
  • Strategic initiatives for pipeline generation: launch strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing pipeline generation for the sales team.
  • Operational efficiency optimization: identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the companys operations. Propose actionable solutions to enhance productivity streamline workflows and reduce turnaround times.
  • Implementation and monitoring: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement proposed optimizations and establish monitoring systems to evaluate their effectiveness ensuring sustained improvements over time.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or Consulting environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and competencies with SQL is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales processes and pipeline metrics.
  • Meticulous and precise in managing data and processes to ensure accuracy and quality.


    INTERVIEW PROCESS

    Our process is designed to learn as much about each candidate as possible as well as to give candidates access to our team and learn about what its like to be a team member at Crossbeam. Topics will range from technical skills to problemsolving approaches and collaboration.

    • HR interview 30 minutes;
    • Call with the Operations Manager 30 minutes;
    • Case study with the Operations Manager 45 minutes;
    • Call with VP Strategy and Operations 30 minutes;
    • Call with one of our Clevel executives (CEO COO or CRO) 30 minutes.
