Job Description: Inviting applications for the role of Frontend/Backend Developer.
Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Frontend and Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating cuttingedge digital tools and applications with rich user interfaces and user experiences. This role requires a selfdriven individual who can understand project requirements pitch innovative ideas and demonstrate enthusiasm for their work.
Responsibilities
Understand the requirements of digital projects and develop tools that meet current
market standards.
Work in collaboration with data science team
Lead the project from the front and guide/groom the junior resources
Understand the business requirement research and come up with ideas on the UI/UX which will be best fit to the business need
Design and implement frontend interfaces with a focus on usability and user experience (UI/UX).
Develop backend services and APIs to support frontend applications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Pitch ideas and contribute to the brainstorming and planning processes.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a Frontend and Backend Developer or similar role.
Proficiency with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g. React Angular Vue.js).
Strong understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js Python Ruby Java or PHP and experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of best practices for web development including security and performance optimization.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A selfstarter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for technology.
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
