Job Description
- To coordinate on Daily Vehicle Management of Regular Hired Vehicles and Adhoc Vehice Requirements.
- To take care of day to day operations Company owned vehicles.
- To monitor daily operations of all Official Vehicles inside and outside of Plant premises.
- To coordinate with existing Vehicle Vendors in Ariyalur and Trichy for smooth operation and to develop new vendors for the same.
- To ensure Drivers availability for daily vehicle requirements and their Salary process incl. PR & PO Process.
- To process the conveyance related PR PO and bills including Regular Hired Vehicle Adhoc Vehicles Company owns vehicles Diesel and Maintenance Etc.
- To take care of Company owned Vehicle maintenance incl. periodical service ontime renewal of insurance FC PUC Road Tax Etc.
- To supervise all the available drivers and ensure the upkeep of the vehicles at all times.
