JOB SPECIFICATION
Reports to: Regional Support Manager (RSM)
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: 3 days 3 nights 3 off
Based: St Albans London and Surrounding areas
Salary: 34944 per annum
You must have a valid SIA License and Driver s Licence to be eligible for this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE **
What you will be doing:
- Working 12 hour shifts covering days nights and weekends
- Foot patrols external / internal and reporting anomalies
- Manning a reception desk and/or a security gate house
- Administration responsibilities including composing/receiving emails managing rosters (excel) and writing clear reports (MS Word).
- Monitoring performance of Security Officers ensuring your shift runs smoothly and all tasks are complete reporting all to the oncoming Officer.
- Being the first point of contact for your security officers our Monitoring Centre company management and the client based at the account.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for an organised selfmotivated Area Support Manager able to work both static and mobile projects with welldeveloped interpersonal skills. You will be able to manage your tasks to deliver a highquality service at a high tempo. You will be an effective communicator at all levels and can think on your feet and be responsive to the company s business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- Have previous experience as a Security Supervisor / Team Leader / Leading Officer & Area Support Manager or ASM
- Able to drive a manual vehicle patrolling from and happy with longer driving times
- Have a full clean UK driving license for the ASM duties
- Be organised flexible and reliable.
